HAHA

That was great. Two quick jokes (hobo kicking the pigeon and eating the food, hobo taking the bag then taking the bird) were just perfectly executed! I didn't expect the hobo to take the bird so this flash is a thumb up for me. Great work!

TOO fucking amazing

Wow. Just wow.
Usually I don't expect to see a cinematic quality from flash movies, but this... oh man. This exceeds the quality of animations from Dreamworks Picture.

It's fantastic. Simply amazing.

The use of special FX was so well done, it had my eyes open wide and my jaw drop. the animation was smooth, and the pace was fast. Smooth and fast, the comination was just too perfect.

Even though the movie was short, the story was really engaging. I thought this was too incredible. How could you freakin make an intense and interesting piece of art out of a 3 to 4 minute flash? I mean, wow. To sum up the story and keep the tension going at the same time, it takes extraoridinary skills, and you got them.

The narrartor was superb. Honestly, I think he was one of the main reason why the story was so engaging. The approach of telling a story was so well done, my mind is blown.

Kudos to Hania Lee, her work was too freakin awesome. The music fit very nicely for this piece of work.

The only thing I didn't like was the part where Tarboy died. I thought the ending was too abrupt for some reason cause I was wondering how the hell those guys found out about his weakness. If there were some scenes that showed how Tarboy's achilles' heel was revealed, then I would've given this a perfect 10.

Also in the end where the movie ends and switches to the credits, (where crescendo happends and reaches climax) I thought the climax of the music was a bit weak because it lacked percussion. The only instrument I heard during the crescendo and the climax were the violins. I know it's opinionated, but I think it would have been better if there was a boom, like a bass drum. I think It would've been more intense and give the movie a stronger ending. I sometimes compose music (I'm still in high school, so not as good as her work lol) so I was just think about it.

VERY nice work. Pure masterpiece and such a tremendous achievement as a flash movie.

Cool

Nicely done. That 3D perspective was really cool. The voice acting was terrific and animation was quite smooth.

Just some things I wanna point out.
1. What's that high pitched noise in the background? It bugs the hell out of me. If you can't hear it raise it high.
2. Replay button doesn't work. If a button is present, the functionality of the button is a must. Remove it if it doesn't work.
3. I don't understand why a random robot shot a missile. Guess I'll have to find out after the full flash is released.
4. 7.1 MB is a huge, I mean HUGE for a flash this size. I know it has all the music and voice work inside, but I've seen a flash that is way longer than this and has more work and effort in it, and it was only 10 MB.

other than that, very nice. That replay button should be fixed cause I had to refresh the page everytime I searched for the easter egg and missed it.

SuperFakeFilms responds:

yeah I only heard that annoying noise after it was uploaded, it must have something to do with compression of the audio

Cool.

That was interesting. The song and the animation together.
I think i only have 10 minutes right nao so i'll make this quick :P

pros
- Well drawn characters
- Well displayed emotions, i can actually tell what the characters are feeling clearly
- well syncronized
- Nice use of symbolism, i can actually figure out what the song is telling by only watching the visual.

Cons
- oversimplified backgrounds, compared to characters, i hate to say, they suck.
- some repetitive scences. Not a biggie, but it mislead ppl to think that there weren't much effort put into the flash to the full extent.
- Confusing intro: the backward-running scene. I know, i know, you metioned it in the "author's comment" but, it's kinda confusing. First thing what my brother said after he came into my room and looked at the scene was "why is she running backward?"

Anyways, this is quite a piece of work. I can see much effort in this flash. Only somethings needs to be tweaked so it shouldn't be a huge problem.
g2g, nicely done. :D

enjoyable

For a first time stop-motion film, this is quite amazing.
Even though the plots are very simple, it certainly grabs attention.

What the problem is, as some people might have mentioned, the frame rate.
Overall, it was ok. I can almost feel that Wall-E is moving around rather than teleporting from places to places.

The choices of characters are good. All the characters in this movie is well known, so it would be easier for us to engage the movie subconsciencely.

The use of the character was very well done. Wall-E's personality of curiosity has made this movie shine. Though some sounds that Wall-e makes added to the movie would have been terrific, but its fine.

The use of simplicity has been well used. Some people say the movie is too simple or too short. But what you've aimed for was a short movie about Wall-e and R.O.B. which is totally fine. Although we know that the movie is very simple, it would've been nice why Wall-e was tampering with ROB. (eg. why was wall-e bored, etc.)

The sound effects and the visual effects were ok. Needs a little work on the laser part. The sound effect was ok. Only thing that i would have wished for was wall-e's voice. I mean, the whole focus is about Wall-e getting his curiosity on and running away in fear from ROB. Sound effects are the most important part to consider. such as dialogues, are most important because they are the things that bring out the true emotion of the movie. Of course the visual effect would be important since the movie is about "watching" but things like dialogues or sound effects adds and creates emotions and brings the true color of the movie.

Nice use of the soundtrack "Wall-E" from OST. The music truly adds to the color of Wall-E, who is always curious.

Compared to the professional stop-motion movie, this is quite far from good. But this is a good example of what the a movie should be because: 1. the good use of the character's personality, 2. using a simple plot to make a movie enjoyable, rather than just a random clip about Wall-E making boxes.

Funny

that was actually a good joke, well use of Waldo's character was fantastic.

the voice work was ok, but the graphic was kind of disappointing.
the emotion of the chracters was kind of confusing; it didn't match what they were saying at some time.

I like the simplicity and creativity put here, well done.

pawlakt responds:

emotion was one of the things that I was really struggling with! I was doing all the voice acting in a room full of people, and I didn't really want to draw attention to myself... but thanks for the review!

LOL Loved it

This certainly criticizes those mindless idiots just voting for points and ranks.
A little dialogue would've been nice, but regardless of that, it was good.
ps: loved the outro graphic.

well, what the hell is this?

"Hey Guys I am new in this things of flash and this is a noob flash production ;) So enjoy." thank you for your honesty.
Sadly though, this flash was too repetitive and boring.

first when i saw the title i clicked to this place to write a review saying: " you fu*king copied off peanut butter jelly time thingy! RETARDED."
but i kinda take it back. it was a bit better than my expectations.

whenever this is good or not, the originality is not showing here, but the creativity does show. converting the mario bros into bunch of banana shaped dancers was quite interesting.

this is ok for the first flash. i noticed the effort of teh work after around 30 seconds.
the framerates are ok iguess, it's just that the execution is very slow here.
also try to shove a little story into this flash, and rather than using one song repeatedly, try various things.

experiment with the flash and i bet you'll get better and better.
try harder and try newer things too, experiments never hurt when you're a beginner.
overall: amusing for a minute or too, be more creative next time.

Clever Wit!

LoL that was hilarious! Extremely well use of music and humor, without using excessive violence or language, etc.

to make cinematic scenes are very hard to accomplish, and yet you were able to accomplish very easily without a sweat, ON FLASH.

Congrats, i really enjoyed the preview.
i'll definately pay for this movie when it comes out XD

lol, worth watching

it's actually very good for your first flash movie. The movement of the stickman was quite smooth.
sadly, it's a stickman who's doing stuff.
When the man was rolled by the ball, the scene lacked the struggle to get up.
Also, the overall pace of the flash was kinda slow.

Good choice of music, nice presentation. I liked it.
Keep up the good work and i hope to see future movies from ya!

trinosan responds:

Thanks! Im going to take more time with the next flashes I'll do...

Also thanks, I'm going to fix this flash... PERFECTION!

hahaha...

X-)
